Does Virgin Vinyl Records Ship Worldwide?
Yes, we mail packages anywhere in the world using the USPS, first class international mail.

Does Virgin Vinyl Records discount shipping costs for multiple items?
Yes, we calculate postage costs based on weight for multiple items on the same order.
The cost is either based on USPS rates for MEDIA MAIL or USPS rates for PRIORITY MAIL in
the United States, and FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL (up to 4 pounds) for other countries
and Canada. The maximum weight allowed by the USPS for packages sent by First Class Mail
International outside of the United States is four pounds.
When you purchase multiple items, please wait to submit payment until you have recieved an
updated invoice with the actual shipping cost.
How are your records shipped?
We ship priority mail in USPS priority boxes or new LP/45 mailers with proper filler padding.
If a record is not Still Sealed, we remove 12" record & sleeve from it's jacket and encase all
of this in a 3 mil poly sleeve, to prevent seam splits during transit. We place this package
in the LP mailer along with an additional pad to cushion the LP. 45's are cleaned and a new paper sleeve PS is put on it, if it doesn't have one. Some 45's are also shipped with a poly sleeve. A pad is used and all is put carefully into a 200# cardboard 45 mailer.
When will my item ship?
We ship out records 2 or 3 times each week, you can expect to have yours shipped out from
2-4 days after receiving cleared payment.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Most customers within the United States can expect to receive their item within 2-7 business days.
Estimated delivery for international customers is 7-14 days. In rare cases for international
shipments, customs delays can result in delivery taking up to 30 days. We do not guarantee delivery
within this timeframe; they are only estimates based on shipping carriers.
What are the international import fees, taxes, or tarries for my order?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Virgin Vinyl Records is not responsible in the case that additional charges apply. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for information.
How does Virgin Vinyl Records grade your records?
We follow the grading standards detailed on our terms and conditions page,
which are a modified version of the goldmine standard, basically with a 1/2 grade between NM
and VG+, re: VG++. The majority of records are visually graded using strong light, looking
at everything carefully and then assigning grades based on our overall observations and expertise.
Sometimes the record is play-graded and if so it is noted in the album description. Our LP's are
listed with two grades, one for the cover and one for the disc and at times a grade for the sleeve.

Are the photos of the records on this site actual products?
Yes, we photograph each and every item that we list in our store and in our auctions.
The record that you see in every listing is the actual item that you will receive.
Virgin Vinyl Records NEVER uses stock or generic pictures on any listing.
Does Virgin Vinyl Records add new products to your store often?
Yes, we add around 200 new listings each week! Please add us to your favorites and check back often.
I am looking for a particular record, do you have it?
We have a stock of 25,000 records, so it's possible we might have it or might see it when we buy records.

Does Virgin Vinyl Records have all the records listed in stock?
Yes, every record listed in our store is in our inventory.
Will you accept 'x amount' for this item?
Maybe ... We will consider all reasonable offers for items in our store and for deals on
groups of items. Just contact us and give the title, type of record, current price
and what you are willing to pay for the item(s).

What is Virgin Vinyl Records return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days after receiving item. Shipping costs are not refunded,
refund is given as money-back. To receive full refund of purchase price, item must
be returned in same condition as we sent it out (sealed LP’s must still be sealed).
Shipping costs are normally the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us by email,
